These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site, including those who browse content, take our PhD competitiveness assessment quiz, subscribe to our email list, listen to our podcast, or interact with our content in any way. These Terms do not govern the purchase of our consulting services, which are subject to a separate Client Services Agreement.

2. About Fearless Grad

Fearless Grad is a PhD admissions consulting service that provides educational content, resources, and consulting programs to help prospective graduate students navigate the application process. Our Site offers free educational content including blog posts, podcast episodes, videos, downloadable resources, and a PhD competitiveness assessment quiz. Our paid consulting services are governed by separate terms provided at the time of enrollment.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may not use the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, podcast episodes, video content, downloadable materials, quiz content, course materials, and the design and layout of the Site (collectively, “Our Content”), is the property of For the Love of Grad, LLC or its content creators and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Our Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This means you may read, listen to, and view Our Content for your own educational benefit. You may not:

Quiz results do not constitute a guarantee, prediction, or professional assessment of your likelihood of admission to any program

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for accessing the Site during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina. By using the Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
